Wow wow wow! I’m a versatile blogger?? Ahh I’m so thankful to starting off 2019 with an award nomination, and it’s been a while since I’ve done a tag introducing myself. 🙈🌺 Thank you so much Kay from Hammock of Books for nominating me!

1. My favorite color is pink
If you couldn’t tell by my blog aesthetic and bookstagram feed, I’m a big lover of the color pink. 💖 When I was younger, I used to feel ashamed for liking a color so girly, but over time, I realized that I shouldn’t feel embarrassed because it’s possible to be both girly and strong. The color pink is just so cheerful and pleasant with hints of love. Also, bonus points if you know who the person is in this GIF.😉
2. I prefer ice cream to boba
I feel like the Asian stereotype is that we love boba, and while I do love a rose milk tea with egg pudding and boba, I definitely will choose ice cream over boba if I could only have one for the rest of my life. 🍨🍦 Most of my monthly wrap-ups include pictures of ice cream, and it’s because I’m seriously obsessed. Sometimes, you can even get milk tea flavored ice cream which is even better!!
3. I love rose scented things
Okay, first off, isn’t this GIF so cute?? I just want a dog so bad. 😭 I feel like all my fun facts have been pretty basic, and this one is no exception. My favorite flower is the rose, and I love the smell of rose scented everything—candles, lotion, perfume, etc. I’m not the biggest fan when it smells overpowering and fake, but when it’s fresh and lightly sweet, it’s the prettiest smell ever (if a smell can be pretty). 🌹
4. I used to play piano
I definitely would not have considered myself a great piano player…I was nowhere near Beck from A Thousand Perfect Notes level, but I did enjoy learning new pieces and gliding through the melody of another that I had memorized. 🎼 I wasn’t the best student because I would avoid practicing (Sorry, mom), but looking back, I’m really grateful that I had the opportunity to learn.
5. I’m 5’2
In metrics, that’s around 158 centimeters. I’m typically the shortest one in all my friend groups, but there are definitely perks being petite! For example, whenever I am on a flight and need to put my carryon into an overhead bin, people around me always help with the whole thing. 😂 My friends all think I’m squishable and smol.
6. I’m an extrovert
More specifically, I consider myself an introverted extrovert. (Confusing? I know.) I absolutely love being around friends, but I also need my space. Even though pretty friendly and energetic when I meet people, especially online, I can also come off as extremely shy or sometimes uninterested. I used to be an ENFP, but now, I’m an ESTJ. It’s pretty interesting because two of my closest friends are actually extroverted introverts! I also think blogging has made me more introverted, too. 💕
7. I’m a Slytherin
Last year, I made a post titled The Struggle of Not Knowing Your Hogwarts House because I truly didn’t identify strongly with any specific house. I knew for sure I wasn’t a Gryffindor (because I’m scared of everything), so I was bouncing back and forth between the other three. Even though I consider myself as someone who studies hard, it’s more tied to succeeding in the course and proving myself which is why I don’t think I’m a Ravenclaw either.
Like many people who voted, I saw a lot of Hufflepuff qualities in myself because I do consider myself pretty friendly and soft (more like squishy), but I think the loyalty aspect of Hufflepuff can also be strongly seen in my Slytherin side. When it comes to school and career aspirations, I’m driven, ambitious, and proud. 💚 I’ve debated this house identity for a while and after rereading the books, I’ve come to acknowledge my own. Slytherins do get a bad rep, but don’t forget: not all are bad!

YOU HAVE DECEIVED US ALL, SLYTHERIN!!!!!!!! Okay, maybe it’s all the pink and rose tint that makes me think Hufflepuff 😂 But yeah, we have been hoodwinked. (now I want to insert that Jarule rapper tweet from all the fyre festival docs about being bamboozled, led astray, hoodwinked) 😂 Now, that you’ve announced Slytherin, I’m going to have to actually look for these Slytherin traits because I was SO WRONG!
I’m shorter, hehe! I’m only 5’1″ and yes people always offer to help on flights! At least, almost always. My friends all mother me even though I’m actually older than most of my friends? but I’m a total dork at adulting and being an ENFP Gryffindor type AND short, my friends definitely think I need some mothering 😂😂😂 It doesn’t help that my best friend is 6″1 and most of my friends are all close to 6 foot tall.

Just kidding ❤ I definitely debated going back and forth between Slytherin and Hufflepuff for the longest time, and I think starting book blogging brought out more of the Hufflepuff-ness within me too 🙂 AND YES I KNOW WHICH TWEET YOURE TALKING ABOUT!!
Short girl gang ❤ It honestly has so many perks, and sitting on a plane is so much more comfortable. !! and yes my two best friends back home are 5'8 and my current best friend in college is also 5'8! I guess short extroverts just attract tall introverts??

OKAY AS SOON AS I SAW THIS POST IN MY READER I WAS LIKE “she’s going to be a Slytherin” and like honestly I see it?? And I feel like I should have seen it when I voted on your poll fhsdhfds. But I completely relate!! I’ve thought myself as a Slytherclaw, but now I’ve been rethinking it, because I know I’m like super ambitious, and I’m super loyal, and at the first glance I seem really Ravenclaw but I honestly that’s just my Slytherin side?? (Similar to what you said about being very studious, but to succeed and prove yourself!)

Anyways, I also can’t believe that we are literally almost the exact same person!! Give or take a few years in age lmao. You’re a Slytherin?! I thought you more like a Hufflepuff because you’re so kind and nice. AND I’m EVEN SHORTER THAN YOU and it sucks but also I love being a smol bean!! Also I am SUCH an introverted extrovert. Like I love being outgoing and stuff but I need space and quiet time as well!? INTROVERTED EXTROVERTS UNITE. I don’t know what I am. On the official pottermore I’m ravenclaw but on the other tests I get Gryffindor BUT I’M CONFUSED I DON’T KNOW WHAT I AM. I feel like a slytherdor/claw? IDK. I’m having a crisis.

MWHAHAHA SHORTIE (can you see my slytherin side now??) 😉 just kidding! I definitely debated for such a long time between my Hufflepuff side and Slytherin side, and I also think I’ve gotten a lot more Hufflepuff since I’ve started blogging 🙂 AND YES ANOTHER INTROVERTED EXTROVERT I can actually see it very well!! (Is it just me or do introverted extroverts type a certain way like with excited caps and incomplete sentences but lots of energy?) I don’t trust the official pottermore test because I feel like it’s supperrrrrr arbitrary! I think the best way for me was after rereading the books to look through the wiki articles describing each house and seeing which one I identified with :O (not that helpful but it kinda works!)

Omg no way I swear I would have thought you’re Hufflepuff too haha. also I love boba with all my heart and soul but tbh I would probably eat ice cream forever too if I could only have one but also that’s so cruel to choose only one so I’ll just eat them both happily forever haha

I definitely think my dominant houses are Slytherin and Hufflepuff, and I’ve gotten more Hufflepuff since blogging 🙂 and Yes ice cream > boba, but we would definitely not say no to both 😉 ❤

When I looked at the title, I immediately guessed your Hogwarts House would be Hufflepuff. But I’m a fellow Slytherin, so I’m happy to be wrong! Although I will say I understand the struggle of fitting in a Hogwarts house; I’ve taken the tests multiple times and I’ll either end up as a Ravenclaw or as a Slytherin. I’d be happy with any, though Slytherin has been my favorite house since forever.
And milk-tea flavored ice-cream???? Dang it, sounds gooood. Ice-cream is also my favorite, and the flavor I’ve been craving the most lately has been sweet corn. It’s very popular in my country and absolutely delicious.

EVERYONE THINKS I’M A HUFFLEPUFF!!! I think I’ve definitely become A LOT more Hufflepuff since blogging too 🙂 but I think a lot of my passion and drives are Slytherin-oriented. AND YES ICE CREAMMMM it’s midnight here and I’m already starting to crave it ❤

OMG We’re so short!! but we can be short together 😉 A bunch of people also thought I was Hufflepuff, so now I’m starting to second guess myself! I definitely think those two are my most dominant houses, and I’ve also become more Hufflepuff after starting blogging ❤

I LOVE PINK, TOO. I was the same way, I went through the “my favorite color will NOT be pink” phase, but eventually I accepted that I love it, it’s amazing, and it doesn’t decide anything about my personality. (Although, let’s be honest, I feel like my personality is kind of the epitome of pink.🙈)
I love that you are a Slytherin! They get a bad rep simply because of Voldemort and the fact that SOME are bad…but I think people always forget that there are tons of others in that house that…weren’t evil. We need more Slytherins. (I say this as a smol Hufflepuff, but still. 😉 )

I was debating so much between Hufflepuff and Slytherin, especially when Slytherins get such bad rep, but I really identify so much with the ambitious, loyal side. I really can’t wait for when you do this award tag because you definitely deserve it, and also I love reading them and learning more about my friends 🙂

Yay another Slytherin! Wow I’m also 5’2″ and nobody thinks I’m a Slytherin but it’s definitely the house that I’ve grown to feel the most connection with. Also, bbt or ice cream…I literally don’t think I would be able to choose >_<
